Make a Copy of the Template

Add Your Leads
Export every lead created in the last 24 months, independent of current status.
This includes active leads, dead leads, and any lead from that period — regardless of their current pipeline stage.
Source is optional — include it if your CRM tracks it, but don't let a missing source delay your submission.
Add Your Appointments
Export every appointment from the last 24 months, independent of current status.
Include all appointments regardless of outcome — completed, canceled, or no-show.
Source is optional — include it if your CRM tracks it, but don't let a missing source delay your submission.
Add Your Deals
Export all closed deals from the last 24 months.
Under contract? If you have any properties currently under contract (purchased, being remodeled, or in progress), include those as well.

Submit Your Data
Send your completed spreadsheet to your CSM or upload it via the support portal.
Submit at least 2 weeks before your fulfillment date.
